  • Any additional services requested during your appointment will be discussed and priced accordingly.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved mobile payments.

  • Gratuity is not included but is appreciated.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Please arrive on time to ensure full service.

  • Inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or hair treatments prior to your appointment.

  • Results may vary based on hair type, previous treatments, and condition.

5. Liability

  • Philosophy hair co by Shannon Renee is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from client-provided information or undisclosed conditions.

  • We will exercise professional care but cannot guarantee specific results.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for following aftercare and maintenance recommendations.

6. Refunds and Satisfaction

  • We strive for your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours.

  • Refunds are not provided, but corrective services may be offered at the stylist’s discretion.

7. Privacy

  • Client information is confidential and used only for appointment and service purposes.

  • We do not share personal details with third parties without consent.
